PKA67 Terms and Conditions –
Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings:

• "pka67" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the pka67 gaming platform available at pka67.net.
• "Player" / "you" / "Account Holder" means any registered individual using pka67 services.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on pka67.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR funds held in your pka67 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credit, or matching funds added to your account that are separate from your cash balance and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" / "Stake" means any real-money participation in a casino game, live dealer game, fish game, or sports betting market through pka67.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and verification process required before certain account actions — in particular withdrawals — can be completed.
• "Verification" means the process of confirming your identity, age, and the ownership of your payment methods through document submission.

Where these terms refer to "PKR", this means Pakistani Rupees — the native currency of the pka67 platform. All transactions, balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a pka67 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pka67 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose identity information is used to register the account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for another party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion request on pka67 or have had an account closed for rule violations.

pka67 requires all accounts to complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. Verification typically involves providing a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Additional documentation may be requested at pka67's discretion if there are concerns about account activity.

Each player may hold only one account on pka67. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pka67 reserves the right to close the secondary account, void any winnings from it, and retain any balance as an administrative fee to cover the costs of investigation. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pka67 are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

If a withdrawal request is declined, pka67 will notify the account holder and state the reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, active wagering requirements, or a payment method mismatch. Contact support if you believe a withdrawal has been declined in error.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

pka67 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to most bonus funds. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and cash balance are tracked separately. Wagers typically consume cash balance first; check the specific promotion terms for any variation.
• Game contributions to wagering requirements vary. Slots typically contribute at full rate; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a partial rate or not at all toward certain bonus requirements.
• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• pka67 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus limitations.
• Bonuses that expire without the wagering requirement being met will be removed from the account balance along with any winnings derived from them.

5 Casino and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games on pka67, including slots, live casino tables, fish hunter games, and RNG table games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or by real-time dealing in live casino rooms. pka67 does not influence game outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors that cause an incomplete game round will typically result in the stake being returned to the player's balance; however, pka67 may void a round if there is evidence of a system fault that affected the result.
• If a live casino stream disconnects during a round, the hand or game result stands as determined by the dealer. If a technical fault is confirmed to have affected the dealing process, pka67 will review the round and apply a resolution in accordance with the game provider's rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per room. These are displayed within each game interface before wagering.
• Fish game outcomes — specifically whether a shot captures a creature — are determined by RNG. The visual targeting interface does not override or alter the underlying RNG result.
• Any attempt to manipulate game software, use automated tools to place bets, or exploit software vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Sports Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports bets placed through the pka67 betting section, covering cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and test matches), football, esports, and any other sports markets offered:

For PSL and other cricket competitions, specific market rules (Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, super overs, tied matches) are applied in accordance with the official competition rules. If you have a question about how a specific market will be settled, contact pka67 support before placing the bet.

7 VIP Programme Terms

The pka67 VIP programme automatically tracks all registered players. Points accumulate based on real-money wagering and determine tier status. The following terms govern the VIP programme:

• Points are earned from real cash wagers only. Wagers placed using bonus funds may earn points at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Tier status is reviewed monthly. Maintenance of a tier requires meeting the minimum activity level set for that tier in the review period. Players who fall below this threshold may be moved to a lower tier.
• Accumulated lifetime points remain on the account even if tier status changes. They continue to count toward future tier progression.
• Cashback percentages and other VIP benefits are applied at the discretion of pka67 and may be modified with prior notice to affected players.
• pka67 reserves the right to remove VIP status or withhold VIP benefits from any account found to be in breach of these terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on pka67. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended, investigated, and subject to forfeiture of balances and closure:

• Opening or operating more than one account on pka67.
• Providing false, misleading, or someone else's identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or misconfigured markets for systematic profit.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other users.
• Attempting to access pka67 systems beyond your authorised account access.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

pka67 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request is made.
• At the player's own request — voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts dormant for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction after the inactivity period; players will be notified before any deduction begins.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering concerns.

When an account is closed by pka67 for rule violations, any bonus balance and winnings derived from rule-violating activity will be forfeited. Where a player-requested closure occurs, the verified cash balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after completion of any pending withdrawal processing.

Players who have self-excluded and wish to reopen their account must follow the re-activation process outlined in the Responsible Gaming section. Self-exclusion is not immediately reversible — a cooling-off period applies.

10 Responsible Gaming

pka67 is an entertainment platform for adults who choose to participate. We take responsible gaming seriously, and the following tools are available to all players from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can fund your account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders — Set alerts to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has passed.

In summary: your personal data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal requirements. 12 Limitation of Liability

pka67 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.

• pka67 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, connection issues on the player's side, or third-party payment processing delays beyond our control.
• pka67 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from platform use.
• Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — pka67 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the balance accordingly, with notice to the account holder.
• pka67's total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited, including fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Changes to These Terms

pka67 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the pka67 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The version of these terms currently displayed on this page is always the version in effect. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, especially before making large deposits or withdrawals.

If you do not accept a material change to these terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available cash balance before the updated terms take effect. Contact support to initiate this process.
